Laura Hodgkinson, CTC, GLP, is a respected leader in the global travel industry with more than 30 years of experience shaping enterprise travel operations, supplier partnerships, and corporate travel programs for world-class organizations. Her diverse career spans airline sales and marketing, travel management companies, and Fortune 500 corporations, giving her a uniquely comprehensive perspective on the travel ecosystem.
She has also served on five premier travel industry advisory boards—I​​HG Hotels, American Airlines, Alaska Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and United Airlines—where her strategic leadership helped elevate product quality, strengthen service delivery, and enhance the overall traveler experience.

Career Highlights: Laura has received numerous industry honors, including the Business Travel News Best Practitioner Award and the GBTA Chapter President Council Award, along with other travel industry and corporate recognitions.
An avid world traveler, Laura experienced Women for Adventure firsthand when she joined our Dubai adventure in 2025. Through that journey, she gained a personal understanding of the heart and purpose behind WFA—bringing women together through meaningful travel, shared adventures, cultural connections, and lasting friendships. She recognizes that WFA is about more than exploring destinations; it’s about creating experiences that inspire, empower, and connect women.
